My husband, son and I were visiting Yuanlin to attend a performance of Shen Yun. Kindness Hotel was the absolute perfect choice for us. We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything exceeded expectations. We got in late at night and were happily surprised that staff were on hand to help us. Their level of customer service was exceptional. To stay in a hotel where they had tea/coffee, ice cream and cookies 24 hours a day was beyond amazing! We were hoping to stay another night but when we checked they were full for the weekend and we could understand why. The staff were very kind to us. They agreed to keep our bags while we attended the performance which was a big deal. They also helped us call a cab to get from their hotel to the performance hall and provided a written note to give to the driver. We are so impressed, we would stay again. We highly recommend them!

Satisfactory, but they have deleted a few things off their menu. Pana Cotta desert for one, was always a popular dish with our group.

The location is not far from the railway station. The facilities are good. Free coffee and snacks the whole day and free laundry.
